this nation is not resolved to deal with this evil
we are a tolerant people.
We accept every view, save the one from the cross.
Our country cowers in fear because we love our way of life more than we do our freedom.
We love our standard of living more than we do the precepts laid down in Scripture.
Maybe this is our judgement from God? I don't know....
I do weep for what I see happening around our world. Yet the Church keeps on having seminars where we can feel good about ourselves.
God help us...you are our only hope.

Ignorance is bliss - then American must be one blissful country.
So many people wanting to pull out of Iraq - cut and run. They don't get our enemy is counting on our lack of resolve. They don't grasp the idea that our enemy has zero tolerance. It is Islam or nothing - all other religions, all other peoples not of and about Islam must die. We are not fellow humans to these people - we are merely lower forms of life - pigs and dogs. Am I exagerating? Don't you wish I were.
I saw this quote recently. It seems appropriate. "America is not at war; the military is at war. America is at the mall."
So true. I heard that from a vet (on televsion) about three years ago. It's a terrible message we send to the troops over there. You wonder how many of our guys feel like they are in it without our support. If all they are getting is from major news media outlets - they are facing more than one front.
Gosh....what can be said to such a video? All I can say is that Jesus Christ is greater than every lie spewed by our enemy. It takes a great faith in a great God to look ahead in these times.
I have one more thought. What can we do as individuals? As a country? Or even as a church? I personally don't know what the answer is.
One thought is... "For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the LORD will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you." My hope is that God will move on us and on those who are subject to the darkness of Islam.
